SUBJECT:  MAKC, Co. Expansion into Ukraine

 

 

Beginning December 1, 2012, MAKC, Co. will begin the latest in a series of training presentations to prepare for our latest venture. All the company executives will be invited to attend. We are close to opening our new location in Ukraine. The presentation will discuss important key points to conducting business in Ukraine. The presentation will provide a detailed overview and introduction to working in the industrial and business environment of Ukraine. The following outline for an audience analysis is necessary to provide direction and purpose, allowing for the most effective presentation for the MAKC, Co employees.

 

Primary Audience

The primary audience will include higher level executives and department heads of MAKC, Co. Some of the most important departments needed in attendance include legal and marketing. A representative from Finance should also attend. The primary audience has been with MAKC, Co. for a number of years and is well versed with company operations and business practices. Some of the executives will bring previous experience from traveling and conducting business in other countries. The primary audience will expect an informative presentation, providing the tools necessary to successfully begin operations in Ukraine.

 

Secondary Audience

Other employee’s from MAKC, Co. will also benefit from this presentation. These employees include lower level management and non-management employees who will regularly be working with the Ukrainian staff and traveling to the location. This group of individuals will comprise the secondary audience. This audience will utilize this presentation as an informational introduction to the new location and how operations will work there. They will be briefed in the future on what role is expected from them during this expansion.
