In this part, we will provide the management performance evaluation of Bryson Electrical Ltd in 2012 by analysis and visualizing the data. The general indicator is the 93% performance benchmark. For example, if a store achieved in actual sales greater than or equal to 93% of predicted sales, the store will record performance well against their predictions. If actual sales less than 93% of the predicted sales, the store did not hit the benchmark.

1. Evaluate Performance by Countries

The figure 1 shows the proportion of sales performance in different countries in 2012. In general, by using the performance indicator (93% benchmark), 7 countries had achieved the performance target; 4 countries had not performed well against predictions. Specifically, Ireland is the best sales performance in those countries that almost achieved prediction. Then France and Switzerland were achieved 100% of the sales predictions. After that, Austria, Belgium and Spain, those European countries also achieved the target. Lastly the performance of Denmark, England, Australia and Italy had not performance very well against predictions.
