“ If you want peace, prepare for war” -

The purpose of this report is to spread the message across all ranks to gear up for the future.Yes , we currently enjoy a good position in the market. Yes, we have a group of customers who still choose to buy our products. Yes , our company has had a steady growth in the last couple of years. But what have we really conquered? Will I be able to say the same thing about our company 5 years from now? The answer is, I really don’t know. But what we can do , is prepare for it.

What we were?

Our company took off as a start up of a visionary who wanted to change the feeding experience of parents and their newborns. With innovative cutlery and feeding instruments the start up prospered with a growing customer base. With innovative marketing techniques and constant iteration to the business model we were able to grow and sell at a national level. Many strategies that were put into place during that time are bearing fruits for us today.

What we are?

With a vision to offer learning and growing up experiences in the form of toys and games, today we serve people all over the world.We have products for all age groups, be it newborns, toddlers, kindergarteners, school goers, teens, and even adults.We are in direct competition with other companies that have far greater market share and more brand awareness than us.

Our company value has grown from 1 common production unit and distribution centre to 6 production units spread across the country. With a manpower of 1200 employees our company holds a very good market position.

However the above paragraphs are no reason for us to feel comfortable. It is only to make us aware of the wide arsenal of tools we possess to carve our future.
