Personal Ethics Statement

In my ethical lens inventory I learned that I really do care about other people and not just about myself. It further proved to me that I can be a team member and be a leader at the same time. My preferred ethical lens is rights responsibility and results lens. In this lens I basically want to satisfy situations by pleasing not only myself but anyone who is involved at the same time. I do this in so many situations an really never pay in any mind. Even when hearing of other situations I always ask the person well do you understand what you did wrong as if I taking defense for the other parties involved. Its good to have knowledge of why I practice these kinds of habits in situations. My blind spot is that I believe that my motives justifies my method of my own good. I can relate to this because when I am doing good for something I will do what ever necessary to get it done my own way. I get caught up in being an individual and myself that even though I am thinking of others I can be seclusive at the same time. In my life growing up having to share but also fend for myself I definitely always think individually first before anything especially when handling business. My strong points is my self responsibility and accountability I have for myself and my community. In which these points I can definitely understand. In my world I just feel like everyone always gets a helping hand for everything and I am the only one who has to deal with everything on my own with no help so I have no choose but to be self responsible and accountable. My values are temperance and prudence because I bring optimism, imagination, and the gift of true entrepreneurship. I also bring wisdom and foresight to matters. I am a really organized planned person and my friends and family always come to me for the last standpoint on any decision because my opinion is always greatly needed and...
