3. The rotary cement kiln’s kiln head and kiln tail have a good seal, the hydraulic catch wheel’s upgoing and downgoing speed is not fast, frequently observe tugboat watts, the contact condition of the wheel band, the ring gear and the pinion gear teeth top clearance and a side gap are normal.

4. Preheater is paid attention to the various parts of the seal, first have raw materials with good quality and stability, the homogenizing effect is definitely better. Patrol workers often clean up the crust and confirm whether the flap valve is severe burning.

5. Crusher liner damage rapidly, the particle size into the crusher should be controlled.
