Executive summary

Stage 1

The first stage is planning for my business (a travel agency), which include business name, the prime function of the business, the location of my business, legal entity, mission statement, goals in different aspects, skills and personal qualities of the owner.

Stage 2

The second stage of the business plan is employment relations, in this stage, we have talk about number and types of employees job advertisement, selection process, training and development of the staff, and monetary and non-monetary benefits.

Stage 3

The third stage is about marketing. As a travel agency, marketing analysis is important, we should consider about different characteristics, such as demographic, geographic, product and psychographic. SWOT Analysis which stand for “strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities” is also necessary in marketing analyzes, moreover, marketing strategies which include product strategies, pricing strategies, promotion strategies, placing (distribution) strategies will be present in this stage.

Stage 4

The forth stage is about accounting and finance; establishment costs will be mentioned in the text, and I will consider about 6 different costs when starting my travel agency. Sources and uses of funds which is about equity finance and debt finance must be considered when operate a business; also the way to use finance will be present in the following text.
