In this Critical Care Hospital incident, the project manager needs to determine the best approach to take in find opportunities to shorten the project time for CT Scan installation. The question is around , what does she need to know and is this the right approach.

I feel that the Resource Allocation Version of CPM is the appropriate approach to take. This will give the pm / team the opportunity to analyze resource and see where they can align some and then shorten the project potentially.
