Are Leaders Born or Made?

Leaders are both born and made. Born leaders are natural leaders and they are God gifted talent to those people. They have the qualities of being a leader for it is natural. Made leaders are leaders that goes through a process of becoming a leader. Such process is called “Education”. It needs to be learned, taught, and mold to become leaders. It also needs to be trained in order to become a quality leader.

In a community such as, a church organizations, or school associations, or family functions. These organizations choose their leaders based on characters, performances, or personality. Being active on every function shows caring and supportive and that will leads to higher recommendation of becoming a good leader.

To be a leader, it doesn’t have to be an elected official, or a CEO. A leader is someone who others consistently want to follow for new developments and beliefs. A lavish title can make that happen provisionally, but an accurate leader motivates persistent loyalty. A leader has to be confident. Being confident is having a full trust, belief in powers, trustworthiness, or reliability without uncertainties.

A leader should be supportive. Being supportive on every circumstance comes a great leader. Showing supportiveness is one quality a leader should possess. Being supportive in knowing good and bad things that good lead things to strange path, and could destroyed the life of others.

A leader has to be effective. Being an effective leader motivates others to change lives. Being an effective leader motivate others to follow and do good deeds. It is also someone who develops a team so that they can achieve and accomplish a given goal. Effectiveness of a leader can build strong, capable teams that are goal-achievement-oriented.
