Describe how candidates are expected to conduct themselves during interviews

a) Walk carefully into the interview room; do not put on a scowl or a stupid smile to the interview when entering the interview room because this will reflect a bad feature to the interviewee.

c) Don’t sit down until you are asked to do so, adopt a natural and upright composed positive when seated, and sit still in your seat; avoid fidgeting and slouching.

d) Pay attention to what is being said and do not interrupt the interview hence don’t allow your cell phone to sound during the interview, if it does apologies quickly and ignore it.

e) When responding give relevant answers only and be audible enough for the entire panelist to hear you. Be ho honest and be yourself your best professional self.

f) Do not boast of your capability or qualifications; this is the enemy in an interview; take the interview seriously and as though you are truly interested in the employer and opportunity presented.

g) If there is something that you don’t know admits straight away. Don’t falsely application materials or answers to interview quiz.

h) If you are being interviewed by someone who does not possess as many degrees as yourself do not put on air. Give the interviewers your co-operation and respect.

i) Be calm throughout the interview do not lose your temper or argue with the panelist these may not work your way because you would be wasting the panelist’s time and also bring the irrelevant issues that is not required.
