The research team would like to thank the nurses of nursing home Bertilla for their time and guidance during the days of the interviews. Voor dit onderzoeksproject was het doel om een antwoord te voor de waardering van de cliënten van verzorgingstehuis Bertilla voor de maaltijden geserveerd in de kamer en de wensen voor gezamenlijk eten. Verzorgingstehuis Bertilla is onderdeel van ZuidOostZorg en deze organisatie wil inzicht krijgen in de waardering van de maaltijden.
