It Is Everyone’s Job Responsibility

If you ask me that does people-related issues should be the concern of the Human Resource Management Department, who should be responsible for such activities? My answer will absolutely be NO. In my opinion, nowadays, human resource management plays an important role in corporate management. And except human resource management department, line manager and all the management of the company should also be responsible for the people related issues. I will express my opinion with the following aspects: Select, training, motivating, appraising and corporate culture.

Select

Recruit and select candidates are bidirectional. Candidate recruitment activity is the process for the candidates to better understand of the corporate. Of the candidates, the corporate recruitment activity represents the company's image. If recruitment activities are tight, scientific and highly efficient, candidates will get a good impression of the enterprise.

Line managers’ participation allows employees and their future leaders to communicate directly to facilitate the two-way choice. After all, it is difficult to select suitable employer for the various line managers by Human Resource Department alone. Because it is possible and reasonable that Human Resource Department is lack of relevant knowledge to access the professional knowledge of the candidate. In addition, line managers involved in the recruitment also allows employees to learn more about their future job responsibilities and working conditions, so as to avoid to get a too high expectation, causing the employees disappointments of the company or even leave.

Training

At work, when our existing knowledge, skills or business development encounters bottleneck, needing to be improved and to enhance, training is a good solution.
