Beşer Balatacılık A.Ş. founded in 1967 is now managed under Beser Holding. Total production capacity is 8.000 tonnes of brake linings and 3.500.000 sets disc brake pads per year. Total number of employee is 400. Beser is the biggest manufacturer and the local market leader in Turkey. Beser exports goods more then 30 countries.  Today Beser can produce 650 types of disc brake pads and 1.100 types of brake linings in his production facilites having 14.000m2closed area under 20.000 m2 landspace with his developed machinery park. Beser meets various customer demands from many sectors and many countries.

DISC BRAKE PADS

The Disc brake pads formulated with non-asbestos formulations are produced to provide more wear strength, high heat resistance and excellent braking performance.

A wide spectrum range of non-asbestos brake formulations are created by BESER in order to replace and develop the traditional asbestos products. These products assure high braking comfort as well as performance and they have the same characteristics with the series for original equipment.

DISC BRAKE PADS

Beser disc brake pads are empowered by the new production techniques and assures high quality and performance.

Another important characteristics of BESER disc brake pads is the utilisation of shims on steel backplate which is an expensive material produced by rubber or coating of a special material to cut braking noise. All pads are marked on the backplate for product specifications and manufacture information. The result is the high-tech products passing through excellent manufacturing history. BESER has his own R & D department and test centre in headquarter which is the biggest one of Turkey in this area.
