It is for the secondary or fine crushing of middle or less than middle hardness materials, such as barite, limestone, terrazzo, silica sandstone, coal, coke, gypsum, aluminum sulfate, slag and so on.

Working Principle of hammer crusher

The electric motor drives the rotor, making the hammer rotate in high speed, the materials are crushed by the rotated hammer. The end products come out via the strips of the screen at the bottom of the machine. The granularity can be adjusted by changing the distance among the screen strips.
