The Life Of Bodybuilders

Bodybuilding has been a popular sport for many years now. It is the process of building muscle fibers through intense exercises, heavy weight lifting and a healthy nutrition with an increase in calories. Developing a muscular physique. These athletes get on stage and display their body to judges and earn points for their muscular appearance. Nowadays, bodybuilding is not just a competition but also a way of life and an attitude towards it.

Bodybuilding has many benefits and reasons to why one would participate in such a sport like gaining self-confidence, becoming healthy and releasing stress. Most would start out young as it takes patience and many years to learn from your mistakes and build a physique well enough to compete… except if you use steroids, according to Mohammed who has been building his body through high school and college. The reason why Mohammed started bodybuilding was because he was this skinny kid that used be picked on all the time during his high school days, so he had enough and wanted the bullying to stop, and that’s when he started his goal. People started to respect him when they started to notice his gains, within months the bullying stopped and he became quite popular, attracting attention to his surroundings. Mohammed also mentioned that training in the gym takes an hour a day so it doesn’t affect his studies and work.

Every professional bodybuilder had started as a beginner with motivation and determination, without those two things then it will be very hard to accomplish the goals you have set. Also something that beginners must understand is that you’re muscles wont grow in day or a week; it seriously takes a while notice a lot of results. Many say that motivation and determination is what keeps you going through all the hard work however I noticed that that’s what all bodybuilders love about bodybuilding… the crazier the workouts the better it is!
