This may be due to the fact that software programs have advanced beyond the early days of drill and practice instruction. Software designers are now able to design multidimensional educational programs that include high quality graphics, stereo sound, and real time interaction. One area of noticeable improvement is computer simulations.

Computer simulation developed hand in hand with the rapid growth of the computer. It has been very useful today as a tool for replicating real things, situations, or process. This have been widely used today in education purposes, it makes learning more efficient and practical. It has a useful part in mathematical modeling of many natural systems in physics, chemistry and biology, human systems in economics, social science and engineering.
