V.P. of operations and opportunities

INTRODUCTION

After researching the current market and numerous countries worldwide we have decided to launch our outstanding product in Panama. We will be introducing a new efficient line of pontoon boats for a variety of different customers and uses throughout the country. As the V.P. in charge of planning, leading and organizing the company the main reason I decided to market pontoon boats in Panama is because of its location. Over half of the country is surrounded by water and it’s a perfect product for fisherman and families in this location. Families will enjoy them through the time they get to spend together on the water bonding, and fisherman will enjoy all the new technology and upgrades we have installed for their convenience. All in all they are multi-tasking boats that are capable of competing and dominating the current market.

PLANNING

The reason I decided to go with this product in this location is mainly because the country boarders both the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. Fishing and time on the water are a huge part of life in Panama. Panama City is one of the most modern and wealthiest cities in Central America. It also has one of the highest per capita incomes in the region. Tthe market is able and most likely willing to purchase pontoon boats and enjoy all they have to offer. It’s also a place where many American tourist visit. The region has many shops and restaurants that are the same as in America. Meaning American influence is everywhere throughout the country and pontoon boats could play a huge role with the American influence.
