Abstract
This paper discusses the laws and regulations of sexual discrimination in the workplace. We will discuss aspects of sexual discrimination including sexual harassment, sexual orientation, hiring and firing, compensation and pay, benefits, pregnancy, and exceptions. This paper examines how inequality still exists, despite laws in place against discrimination. After discussing discrimination we will find out the steps and employee should take if they believe they have been discriminated against.
