Re: Workplace Employment Decisions

Current Issues at Bluefield

Currently, our sports manufacturing plant in Bluefield, West Virginia is going downhill and is almost obsolete. The problem is that our workforce is not well skilled and as a result we may need to reduce the workforce or even shut down if we do not fix the problem. Lastly, I created a workplace employment decisions scale with six levels of actions to help rank the previous results to determine what action to take with each supervisor.
