Telezoo business was established to give solution for customer by comparing the appropriate telecom sellers using a website interface. However, the concept and everything was well accomplished but the revenue that has been generating is not much based on the case analysis. It is recommendable using SWOT analysis to apply in Telezoo business which also focuses straight to the strength, weakness, opportunities, and threat. From those four points, Telezoo able to strive for example, if opportunities are found and Telezoo should try head that position enlarge the opportunity and come out with business plan. As for the weakness of Telezoo was the insufficient value proposition that needs to be address. For instance, the company may have to help the customer groups to understand that they are paying for what it is worth to be paid. The case study illustrate that the company conduct a series of interviews with telecom customers and a separate actual Telezoo buyers behavior that has been analysis. Murville was confirmed that every product is most likely low-end commodity products that require as much research. Therefore, there were normally repeat purchases from the known suppliers. Furthermore, the re-buy situations are less complex and less expensive to purchase. Telezoo should improve its customer acquisition from the trading market channels by placing more series of advertisement in magazines, googles ad, banner and more. Therefore Telezoo has the possibility to work with every suppliers in the particular country and dominate the telecommunication agency industry with the brand that reach every buyers and sellers.
