1. My gym equipment plays a huge role in my life. Not really the equipment itself but what it represents. I started lifting in high school and loved it ever since. Makes me feel better, more confident, and I just love going in the gym day in and day out and just let all my stresses go even though its just for 1-1.5 hours it is more than enough for me. Going to the gym not only made me stronger physically, but also mentally. My dad first taught me about bodybuilding from what he learned in the military. It was a bonding experience to say the least. I looked forward to it every day we worked out in the basement. Eventually, he taught me to use the determination and focus I put into the gym, into other things in life like school and work. At that time I didn’t really think too much of what he said because I was a kid and just wanted to have fun. As I got older his words meant more to me and I learned to apply that focus into school. Most of my idols in my life are either pro bodybuilders, or actors that have incredible physiques. It is so inspiring to see that and I feel like every should have an idol or someone or something that they look up to, but of course one of my biggest idols is my dad, especially after all the advice he gave me which actually in some way can resort back to training in the gym.

2. My first guitar was given to me as a Christmas present at a young age. Most of my friends played guitar at the time and so did my older brother who I looked up to a lot. Soon after I got the guitar I played it almost every day and that hasn’t really stopped since. Music has always played a pivotal role in my life.
