Hi, everyone. My name is Robyn Gilcrist. And I will be the president of yellowtail Marine, Inc. starts from right now. I am sorry about what happened to Mr. Gunerson. I’m sure he was a great leader with all your respects. Now, I would like to introduce a little bit about myself. I’ve been working at this field for many years. I graduated in the top 5% of my MBA class. By the following 3 years, as I kept winning the national events, I had stepped into marine division in promotions and marketing. With all my efforts, I helped my company with 70% increased total sales in two years. My next job was as marketing director of the Winter Sport Division. More recently I had been an assistant to the president of Sportscraft. However, your new boss, Charles Boswell and I have known each other for 10 years. He offered me this job as a greater challenge, and I accepted.

Meantime, there are huge amount tasks that we have to work on. First of all, we are expecting people coming in today from Department of Labor with inspection of labor safety. Secondary, we have to come up with some plans to comply with the Clean Air and Water Act of 1971. On the other hand, there are several problems in the yard. But our yard manager is on vacation currently. We can’t afford to wait until he comes back. Therefore, I need someone to on it right now. The major issue is the outboard plant where space between the inner and outer skins filled. The degree of the problem is substantial; have to stop production until we get all existing ones fixed; also need to find out the cause for this problem, whether it’s injectors or men.
