CODE OF ETHICS

FOR

COMPANY X MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING SERVICES

Section I: Introduction

Company X Management and Consulting Services operates with standards higher than those set by most companies. The code of ethics set forth by the management of this company provide for the fair and ethical treatment of all persons and entities considered including employees, clients, and suppliers and the communities in which we operate as well as the environment. This code is a set of guidelines that is to be adhered to by all employees including all department managers. Honesty is the cornerstone of ethical behavior

The Code of Ethics has been implemented to provide all employees with a comfortable working environment without concerns of harassment or discrimination and provide a suitable means of offering feedback or make claims against those who are being unethical without fear of reprisal or reprimand.

Section II: Standards and Procedures For:

A. Code of Conduct: The code of conduct for Company X Management and Consulting Services was designed to help recognize and resolve any ethics and compliance issues that may rise. It outlines the behavior that is expected of all company employees and anyone acting on behalf of the company. Company X conducts all business properly, fairly, and ethically. Expected behavior of those affiliated with this company are:

· Conduct business with the highest standards.

· Treat all employees and people who do business with Company X fairly and avoid situations that could show bias.

· Report any suspected unethical, unlawful, or unsafe behavior.

· Cooperate with any investigation into a claim

· Participate and complete ethics awareness training programs.
