AGE DIVERSITY ANALYSIS 2
Abstract
This case study analysis has been created to identify when and where age discrimination may occur and how to avoid it in the work place. Age discrimination is defined as treating someone less favorably because of his age.** The aspects explored in this case study are how employment relationships change as population ages, if increasing age diversity will create new challenges for managers, policies that may lead to discrimination charges and how they can be prevented, challenges that organizations may encounter, actions an organization should take to overcome diversity challenges, and the importance of having a diverse workforce. This case study analysis will provide information on how to prevent age discrimination and how to make a more diverse workforce.
