Introduction

A significant part of people’s life is teamwork. Everyone needs to be a part of a group, sooner or later. Doing the tasks alone means not to use all the opportunities for a qualified work. While being a part of a group gives a chance to push it into a more professional level, using the knowledge and the experience of co-workers. Teamwork is a process of collective work of people with different skills to achieve a goal.
