My Personal Strengths and Weaknesses
In completing the Timmons & Spinelli worksheet exercises it identifies strengths and weaknesses. Below I describe and outline my greatest strengths and greatest weaknesses.
The Timmons exercises provides categories and hits on selected topics. I created a table below to identify and consolidate my analysis of myself: * Rank: 1= Thorough Knowledge, 2= Some Knowledge, 3=No Knowledge

Descriptor Summary: My diplomacy is weak as an entrepreneurial leader. Areas I can improve upon, but still above average in, are: Management, Empowerment, and Feedback. The areas I have my greatest strengths are Vision, Entrepreneurialism, Personal Style, Multi-cultural Awareness.
Three Areas of Greatest Strengths
My strongest and most notable strength is my marketing ability of planning & strategizing techniques to be successful. For the past 4 years, I have contributed a lot o my profits to local charitable organizations. Interestingly, I have figured out how to lower marketing costs all while increasing my advertising exposure. I my efforts to support nonprofits, I have turned my donation into a 1-2 month marketing campaign for the nonprofit. The nonprofit provides the marketing, which all of our local radio & TV stations provide nonprofits with free PSA commercials. To get the marketing exposure at the level these free PSA provide would normally cost me over $6,000/month in marketing costs. By providing the nonprofit a donated pig, or even ½ beef for their agency to distribute, (like Helena Food Share, Gods Love, Florence Crittenton Home), it is a very nominal cost compared to the intense and major advertising campaign...
