Beginning of argument:

What is the importance of a good relationship? There are many types of relationships, those with your family members, friends, coworkers, and significant others. All of these require work from each person in the relationship. You can not have a one-sided relationship where only one of you is working to keep the relationship going because, over time, that person will become overwhelmed and tired of working so hard for nothing. Having balanced relationships is a good way to keep balance in every other aspect in your life. Also, knowing that you have people to talk to and trust is a big help if you are ever in trouble.

Middle of argument:

Relationships with your family members are the most important; they are the people who will influence you the most throughout your life. From a young age, your thoughts and behaviors depend on the types of relationships you have with your parents and with your sibling(s). If you have a weak relationship with your parents, you will have the desire to rebel or act out in search of attention; while acquiring a strong relationship with them is vital. You learn that your parents are the ones who are in charge but are also the ones who help you when you fall. You learn that your siblings are the friends you are always going to want to keep close. Older siblings are the ones who teach you, while younger siblings are the ones who you teach. I am one of the youngest among my five siblings, and I have definitely learned from my older siblings. Although there are times when my siblings get on my nerves, I do not know where I would be without them. My parents have also had a huge impact on my life, teaching me most of what I know and raising me to become the person I am today.
