Contained within this report are the results from the requested observation of JC's Casino. The report will unfold it's finding in 3 principle directions, listed here in order to make reading, and subsequent referencing, easier. The first section shall cover a brief explanation of work motivational theories and practices. While many of the suggestions listed in sections to follow are direct, and target specific concerns, they will have no effect if general motivational techniques are not put into place and understand by first line, subject matter experts, called “SME(s)” from this point forward. The second section will cover the results of individual surveys taken from the house keeping staff and game dealer(s), regarding job stress and atmosphere. Bare in mind that these surveys are from current employees, and may not reflect the opinion(s) of staff already separated from the casino. However, they will offer a picture of the overall mindset of the staff as it stands currently. The final section will be a direct address to any negative behavioral habits noted during the observational period; as well as significant instances of behavioral misconduct reported during observation and assessment. The overall goal of the information contained within is to present a reasonable list of actionables, which if implemented, will create a measurable decrease in job turnover, and stress, while increasing moral, and work efficiency.
