Conducting Business Research – Strengths and Weaknesses

Positive changes can be made through business research analysis that focuses on employee’s strengths and weaknesses. These changes should contribute to providing a healthy business environment for the employees as well as the organization. Ethics and business practices are an essential aspect of business analysis and while the practice of conducting business research presents potential risks, the findings may show areas that are in need of change. The results of an effective analysis should create the opportunity to resolve problems, define company ethics, reevaluate business practices, and find solutions. The employees of any organization will provide various benefits by having different strengths and weaknesses. These strengths and weaknesses contribute to the day to day operations of the business and impact operations both positively and negatively. Evaluating the strengths and weaknesses will give a business a way to enhance each other’s characteristics and provide an opportunity for improvement.

In order for these reviews to provide significant data, individual ethical company standards must be followed. Ethics are a basic set of principles or morals values that one lives by or a set of principles that the workplace follows. Ethics allow management to find the answers they need, and they also help management to understand what standards of behavior should be established. Maintaining ethical standards needs to be on the forefront of management’s thoughts when examining the factors in the research to be conducted. Establishing workplace ethics have many purposes such as cultivating strong and solid teamwork within the workplace, supporting the growth of employees, ensuring that all policies comply with legal requirements, and assisting in quality planning that is strategic and diverse. Professional obligations also apply a strong set of standards that will boost credibility for the business.
