Team Leadership Memorandum

It’s a privilege and a pleasure to announce the opening and strategic planning pertaining to our company’s new department. And it’s a tremendous honor to be among so many dedicated leaders and committed employees as I assume responsibility of the newly formed department as Manager. Since the founding of great company, this organization has brought people together to make a profound, positive difference in the lives of many and as our newly formed department plans to align ourselves to the goals and mission of our company, I would like to introduce the following team members: Veronica Gutierrez, Claudia Gavaldon, Jasmine Fuentes, Rodney Root and myself- Fernando Rodriguez as Manager of the team. I can assure you that our new department and especially our committed team will help to mobilize our organization and raise awareness as we keep the entire organization appraise to our efforts. We believe in our organization and leadership as we shall strive to become experts and leaders.

As the Manager of our new department, I plan on being very aggressive and assertive with the support of my diverse team through our actions because we are aware that first few months will largely determine whether you succeed or fail, and we intend to succeed. Our new department understands that the transitions will provide our company opportunity and a chance to start afresh and to make needed changes in an organization. But we have already begun to focus on the key concepts of leadership within our department and specially paying detailed attention to the Theories of Leadership and how it will affect us as a department and specially individually because we will establish working relationships and a detailed understanding of our new roles within the organization.
