All of the event mentioned in my timeline are important steps to the current state of women’s rights in America. While these stepping stones may not be completely and perfectly associated with one another, as far as building to some larger, more recognizable historical event, they are in fact related to each other as far as the present result of women’s rights in America today. Every inch of progress towards women’s equal rights in America was earned with a strength and determination to persevere, despite the adversities, trials and hardships in the way of women as a whole.

I do believe though that the establishment of the National Women’s Party in 1913 was a significant contribution to the 19th amendment being added to the Constitution just a few short years later. Such a significant change also would...
