When will the event take place?

The event will take place during Fourth of July at Boo Williams Sports Complex in Hampton,Va.

What is the activity?

The activity will be an AAU basketball tournament.

Who will the opponents be?

The opponents will vary and range from different 17 and under basketball teams in cities throughout the United States.

Will it be pre-season, regular season, post-season?

The tournament can be looked upon as all three. An AAU tournament is where teams within a city or area combine their best players and play different teams during the summer. The tournament will be during an AAU regular season so the game itself is during the regular season, but if you thinking about basketball season itself it is during pre and post season.

Who is in charge of managing the plan?

How is the plan communicated to facility employees?

What is the most significant treatment used to reduce such risks?

Who provides the maintenance?

What type of maintenance are available?

Who will handle the cash?

How will the money be transported...
