2. one-page project manager scheduling software that simplifies documents in to one page for easier management of communications of essential details to team members .(OPPM, 2014)
3. A fishbone diagram, also called a cause and effect diagram or Ishikawa diagram, is a visualization tool for categorizing the potential causes of a problem in order to identify its root causes. (WhatIs, 2014)
4. The systems thinking approach contrasts with traditional analysis, which studies systems by breaking them down into their separate elements.. (SearchCIO , 2014)
How will one of these techniques be implemented in your project and why?
Gantt charts will be used for this project providing a visualize aid for scheduling group member activities. This will help monitor the weekly task that are assigned to each individual member. As well as identify, if there certain activities are falling behind and lagging other activities. We currently using MS excel to create a rough schedule for the activities on researching composting. Gantt chart has given our group in a more realistic view on the time needed to deliver our research report and presentation.
