Ethics in general is concerned with actions and practices that are directed at improving the welfare of people (Rogene A.Buchholz, 1998). The study of ethics is thus a philosophical inquiry into various theories of utilitarian, justice, and human rights with respect to promote human welfare and attain a life that is worth living.

Utilitarianism holds that whether an action is right or wrong depends on the good or bad consequences produced for everyone affected by the action. While the principle of justice deals with fairness and equality and also pertains to punishment for wrong done to the undeserving. Also, right is an individual’s entitlement to something and there are limited to a particular legal system a jurisdiction called legal rights.

Moreover, Kohlberg’s three levels of moral development include preconventional, conventional, and principled level offer a guide for observing a person’s level of moral maturity, especially as he or she engages in different organizational transaction (Joseph W.Weiss, 2009).

According to the case, there are both absolutely wrong and relatively wrong on the kind of practicing child slavery. Absolute views are values that cannot be rationalized. The absolute justices and human rights views among first world country are completely wrong on the child trafficking. For example, most of the people from Ivory Coast consider that child slavery is acceptable due to it is a routine that they have been practiced from the pass to present day. In fact, child slavery is a ruthless behavior and the children as a slave would lose their basic human rights. The child slavery practices show that the farmers had ruined these children’s childhood as they have no rights on everyday activity or involve in school education.
