Introduction
By applying these different types of tests to gain answers to questions that almost all businesses ask, is a rather long and difficult way to conclude that the employees may or may not be productive, competent, or even just willing to do a job. These tests are valuable in that you can analyze the issues, but what would an individual, such as myself, do with this information once I am done with it? Could I take this information to my employer and simply point the issues out? Wouldn’t my employer be aware of the issues and may even at that point be making changes that could skew my analysis?
The Simulation
While doing the simulation I honestly could not get what I thought I was supposed to get out of it. There were parts of this simulation that I didn’t understand, and parts that came together quite easily. The question is; “What are three lessons you learned relative to ANOVA and Nonparametric tests?” While the Kruskal-Wallis was what the simulation was after the ANOVA on the other hand could have been done had the errors been random and independent of each other, had there been a normal distribution or that all of the populations had the same variance. Unfortunately, that was not the case which is why we couldn’t run the ANOVA initially.
Concepts and Analytical Tools
In reviewing this simulation four times, it is safe to say that when faced with issues in business or even personal issues, all facts must be analyzed and all information must be gathered before going forward. At one point of the simulation I kept thinking that communication was the issue, I couldn’t get past that. I finally sat back gathered all of the information, read everything and I finally realized that the problem was not the lack of communication, the problem was the defects. To get passed this problem I first had to review all of the data that was in front of me,...
