Motivation Plan

I present in this report the definition of Motivation and the importance it has on the workplace. In addition to the realization of this report I use the DISC This test helps us to understand more deeply to each employee and thus make the most of this. What is the motivation? You could call it the stimuli it receives that guide the person to perform better or worse in their work, the stimuli can come from any part need not be always work but can also be family or friends. When leaders show a positive attitude about an assignment or project workers show a greater willingness to act and reach the goal.

The problem comes when a project has a longer period than expected. For example, a team leader has a year to complete a project and need to ensure that each team member contributes to help complete it. It has given the team's performance deadlines and guidelines that must be met, but the detail of this project is the duration that is one year. So the team is very discouraged. The team removed discouragement is the first task for the team leader. Next is to increase team motivation, satisfaction in work area and the performance necessary to complete the project in the long term. To accomplish this, the team leader must evaluate the theories and motivational strategies to develop an effective plan to motivate employees.

Long-term projects require organization and dedication; it is a challenge, especially when a leader has to motivate a team discouraged. Team members, along with team boss feel the pressure of working on a project that seems to never end, because a year is a long time. The team leader is aware that the team's success depends on the commitment of the project team and the organization. She realizes establish a positive relationship with the team will improve your motivation, but strong leadership will ensure that the work is done. He...
