Hi all,

Thanks once again for everything, particularly all the collaboration and meaningful discussions we have. I personally get a lot out of it, but at the same time, there's a lot for us all to agree on. But with a few focused efforts, I believe we can all get through this first step as well as re-establish some protocols with future rubric (namely 4th and 8th qu) reviews/approvals.

That said, in order to help facilitate these tweaks we're making, i'm going to propose two things:

As I volunteered to do this, i'll act as the point person for this so please send any individual tweaks, modifications, comments etc. to me only. This way, i'll be responsible for collating and distributing one document to the entire group so that we do not continue with versioning issues (as i joked before, "one Rubric to rule them all")

As implied with 1 above, with this responsibility comes some directives. if anyone would like to join our subcommittee (per our conf. call) of Sandie, Ronnie and myself, please email me directly and I will gladly add you to the forthcoming strategy session . the only caveat is if there becomes too many cooks in the kitchen, the potential for forward movement diminishes.

So, if you have already sent tweaks to the groups, perfect, i'll take them and coordinate with the sub group. if you have any additional tweaks, please send them to me only and I will vet with the group. if you would like to join the group, also let me know offline and I will put a calendar request out discussion. let's put a deadline on additional comments and joining the sub-group no later than Tue., 9/20 so that there is enough time for this sub group to connect.

make sense? additional comments for the full group?

thanks everyone, more to come.
