Firstly, the overall thickness is enlarged from 170 mm to 240 mm in jaw crusher plate,and then Great Wall company design the hollow slot in the jaw crusher plate back.So as to improve jaw crusher plate strength and prevent the crack appearing.On the second,To prevent loose in jaw crusher plate, Engineers design two clamp block in the back,which is corresponding to mobile jaw and fixed jaw.In order to prevent jaw crusher plate crack in screw hole edge as a result of strength decline, increase metal area around the screw holes, weight loss not open slot, polish screw hole edge by chamfering grinding wheel to avoid stress concentration phenomenon.
