Objectives

This lab has many different objects as it is in three main parts with its own tasks to accomplish.

Part One:

* Gather all material needed to perform tasks

* Install software needed

* Get into groups of 3-4

Part Two:

* Install LapLink 11.5

* Allow access to computer

* Connecting peer-to –peer

* Using LapLink 11.5

* Test chat from one computer to the other

* Verified connections

Part Three:

* Learn how to make cables

* Installing OS for Server and Client protocols

* Mapping and sharing HDD

* Hide a HDD from the client

* Verify that the computers are connected to the server

* Checking configurations using ipconfig commands

* Checking the status of the network
