Subject:Report on Employee Communication
Enclosed is my report on the impact of poor employee communication in a business. This report will cover some of the most common areas of a business that are affected by poor communication. This report will also provide my ideas for basic solutions to these problems that I’ve put together based on my research.
Communication is a big issue in businesses today. It can be difficult for a business owner to realize and quantitate the amount of problems that are going on in their business due to poor communication. To discover the impact of lost time on a business due to poor communication, I have provided in this report a formula for calculating those figures.
My research has opened my eyes widely to all of the factors regarding employees that anyone involved in a business should take into account.
