f. Recommend a Pay Structure (40 points)

i. Assign pay grade, explain which jobs are in which range

ii. Assign salary ranges

g. Explanation of assumptions made in developing pay structure and why (e.g., what method you used to develop job grades and what data you used, how you aged the market data, etc.) (20 points)

h. Overall clarity, professionalism and presentation (10 points)

3. Phase III: Formal Written Presentation: 200 points

*Oral presentation can be done in teams of 2
