Globalization, it is the trend today, it is the goal that every organization aspire to, and it is what many researches, studies, and essays focus on.

Come to think of it What Is Globalization?, Why do we Go global?, and how do we go global?. James A. Piazza Talked about globalization in his book titled “Going Global” saying that globalization in simple terms means going global.

The term Globalization is regularly used imprecisely with many meanings, economic globalization is the flow of goods, services, and businesses from countries to other countries, in here we are focusing on business globalization which is to expand a business from its home country to the host country of choice.

Globalization is to expand the business in order to reach more customers in new markets with the existing products and services, and with new host country customized products and services.

The importance of globalization comes from the need for excellence in businesses and the aspiration of growth wither in brand name, wealth, or just simple success as successful globalization is an indicator of a business’s success in its home country.

When going global an organization has to think of all its business function alike and to redesign or sustain them to best suite the host countries practices. One of the most important business functions that a firm has to adhere is the Human Resources Management (HRM), it is the art of managing people to achieve results that are aligned with the organizational goals.

HRM has many activities summarized in the POSDCORB framework as planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting.
