Individual Decision-Making Process Paper

When you think about it every so often in just about everyone’s life, there are important decision that may require a major change within your livelihood. For some people it might be time to make decision about changing your education, career, relocating or perhaps exiting from a current relationship. There will come a time when you have to face the music; you will start to develop signs of negative feeling, frustration, and anxiety. Which usually are sign that will help you think about the best way to try and proceed with any tough making decision.
In some cases most people do not know how the profound effect of decision making is. Often time we all will go through life being a little oblivious to most of the thoughts we are making and what type of actions we are thinking. I have learned that every single decision that we make in our days can shape our current reality. Typically it shapes whom we are as a person, habitually following through with certain decision we make without even realizing we made them.
There were times when I have found myself working a couple of position or jobs where I felt there were, no future benefits or possible employee promotions due to the lack of me not having a college degree. My decision to enroll in school to obtain a degree in accounting was one that was not easy for me but, I felt it was necessary in order for me to enhance in my position within a work setting. Nevertheless; I did see myself mimicking a few of the decision making process as described within the text.
A few steps I recall taking were; “Defining the Problem “my overall problem was that I was not exceeding within my working environment. I notice that other co-workers were being promoted because of their educational background.
