The pricing strategy of the QTG division will be to follow the cost focused differentiation. As this is the section for the Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade. The first two products will be following the focused cost differentiation and Gatorade will follow differentiation based pricing strategies. The perception of the customers can be improved with the lowering of the economic value. The distribution channels can be leveraged by the process of lowering the transportation costs by the hub and spoke model. This will leverage the core competencies of seeking customer value from the products.

2.The most beneficial distribution strategy will be the development of the franchisee strategy. This can be helpful in two ways: The franchises can use their resources to propane the products and increase the visibility with support from PepsiCo. The other advantage will be that franchisee model will reduce the costs of distribution by lowering the operating costs and also target a larger customer base.

3.The advertising media which are available are Television, billboards and newspaper and social media. The televisions give a visual of the product. The billboards helps to target the customers offline and the social media helps in customer engagement with networking. The advertising budget can be created by creating a target market and then targeting a specific segment. The two suggestions will be to get the target market and understand the customer preferences with the use of visuals by use of an appropriate media. The second suggestion will be the use of icons who will be the change leaders top convince the users.

4.The design will be the use of the social media networks which will be helpful in the identification of the networks. The use of videos and getting webpages with likes on the internet will help in the visibility of the product.
