Evaluating RFPs is a subjective process because you are coming up with the numbers for the chart yourself. Even though the numbers are based on information, the rating that you give them using that information is an opinion. When I made a final decision, I was looking for a vendor that fulfilled all of the requirements for my company. I wanted to make sure that every aspect was covered and tried to get the lowest price possible.
