Online therapy has surfaced over the years as a new option in the human service field. As the rest of the world evolves into the technological world, therapy has found a way in which mental health providers can to assist individuals in need of such service. This has aid many individuals who may not have the flexibility to walk into an office or may live cross-country. Many ways in which a therapist may set an appointment and conduct services may be through the use of email, smart phone, chat, and/or video. E-therapy as its grown to be known by our society is flourishing on a daily basis.
