The drilling mud decanter centrifuge should be installed in the place of entrance of drilling pump in the distance, guaranteeing the full mix of recycled drilling fluids. Decanter centrifuge should be fixed firmly; the stands supporting the machine should be fixed on the surface of mud tank with supporting beam; when installing the oilfield decanter centrifuge, it is important to ensure the sand launder capable of extending out of the tank so as to discharge the sand well. At the same time, the sand tank should be connected with water supply pipelines, which are good to discharge the sand smooth; Drilling mud pump should be installed the proper position behind cyclones of the mud desander and mud desilter. The feed pipe and inlet pipe should be jointed close; it is also essential to connect the inlet pipe with flush water supply pipe on the tank and shunt pipe; the final step is to connect the power supply. The switch control between decanter centrifuge control box and the power supply should be maintained regularly so as to ensure the security.
