The first main pint of advantages of human recourses management is recruiting the best employees. Today all company to selecting the best employees not just normal worker and they try to choose the good one. Moreover, when organization choose the best worker that will affect the company positively and ti will help the company to achieve their goals in the future .According to kalakowsky, Kptlyer and Grant (2007),hiring and selecting the good worker especially in important positions is very important in our daily life because company need every one work with their abilities. That true hiring best employees is very important in our life and company because everyone or leaders need to be his company the most popular one in region or world .Also, that help the organization to succeed and achieving the company goals because when company choose the good managers for important or good positions that engorge employees to work hard to be like these one .Moreover, that will help company to not select bad employees which will cost them money to training and teaching new things to employees such as how to deal with new technology and language .and they will affect the job and employees negatively .So, if all company choose these methods of selecting the best candidates that will help the company to be more stronger in market and save their money. According to Bernwards (1997), selecting worker is like shopping because when someone goes to the mail it need for list to write what it’s our needs from shopping. That not true that selecting employees is like shopping and that difficult to comparing between two things because in shopping maybe we can’t choose the best thing because it’s expensive or cant going with family needs. So, that likes employees who can’t go with company or region cultures.
