Process Essay

Although I don’t claim to be a “Top Chef” by any means this recipe was created by boyfriend and myself. We decided to call it A & E’s Spicy Chicken and Rice Tacos. The recipe is fairly easy to prepare and works if your feeding a large family or even one or two people. To start, you will need to prepare the following ingredients/items:

(1) 7 Gram Box Of Chicken Flavored Rice

(1) 7-9 Gram Box Jambalaya Rice

(1) Can Of Corn

(1) Bag Of Mexican Style Cheese

(1) Single Pack Of Sa-són

(1) Casserole Dish

(1) Pack Of Soft Shell Tacos

(1) Pack Of Hard Shell

(1) Bottle Hot Sauce (Optional)

3-5 Frozen Chicken Breasts (depending on size and amount of servings) 1 chicken breast = 1 serving

1 tbsp. Salt

1 tbsp. Pepper

5 tbsps. Butter

5 Cups Of Hot Water

After you have prepared the above items you can begin to create the Spicy Chicken & Rice Tacos Recipe.

Pre-heat oven to 375°.

Take 5 tbsps. of butter and spread across the bottom of the casserole dish. After that, proceed to spread the box of chicken rice across the bottom of dish (not the seasoning). Then spread the Jambalaya rice across bottom of the dish as well.

Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes (depending on the oven), then remove the dish from the oven.

Next, spread corn in the dish and put 5 cups of water in the dish. Then, pour (half) of chicken seasoning in dish, followed by the salt, pepper, and sa-són. Place the chicken breasts on the top and cover the casserole dish with foil.

Then place the dish in the oven and turn the temperature up to 425° for 25- 35 minutes.

Take out the dish, uncover, and place back into the oven. Turn the temperature up to 450° for 8- 10 minutes.

Take out or turn oven to warm, let stand for 10 minutes.

While you let stand, warm taco shells (soft) and cut chicken into small pieces or slices.

Place cheese, rice, chicken, and hot sauce (optional) in shells and serve

Please enjoy the recipe and feel free to put your own...
