50 “win-win” Situations

1. A mother of two kids who does not want to leave her kids at home and go to work, but finds herself wanting to contribute financially the household. After much searching, she finds a paying job that she can do from her house. This is a win-win situation because she is able to stay with her children at home while still bringing in a paycheck. |

2. A mother wants to get out and see her friends, her child wants to go outside and play. The mother could set up a play date with her friends at a park so she can see her friends, and her child g play outside.

3. Online surveys. They get to know what their customers like/dislike. Participant gets money/prizes.

4. Marriage- both parties receive added tax benefits, and combined income.

5. A farmer and a grocer, farmer gets to sell his food, grocer gets to sell it.

6. Internet offers free shipping if you buy so much. Company gets more money, customer gets free shipping.

7. A pharmaceutical company needing seeds of a rare fruit to make a lifesaving serum and another company needing the rind to make an alternative fuel. However the fruit is so rare that the farmer can only choose to sell to one of the companies. The two companies find out that each party needs a different part of the fruit and choose to work together to get the best price and the part of the fruit that they need.

8. Child custody is mediated so that both parents can work together with their respective schedules. Typically it's every 1/3/5 weekends, but the parents decide that what works for them and the child is every 1, 4 &6th weekends. Because the parents figured the custody outside the court they were able to meet the needs of their child and their needs. If the court heard the case the judge would have issued the standard child custody of 1/3/5 weekends
