1.1 Job Description:

Position: Bach Accreditation Manager

Reporting lines: Director of Bookabach

Location: Auckland, NZ

Organisation: Bookabach

Term of employment: Full-time permanent position (37.5 hours)

Salary: $50,000 - $55, 000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification. A commission will be paid on every property accredited and graded.

Purpose statement:

Increasing revenue and protect the company’s image by providing quality service. More precisely, provide renter accurate information of the accommodation to avoid disappointed and misled holiday makers, in addition, provide property owner the option of having their listing verified and graded for additional fee.

Duties and Tasks:

Development of Baches Accreditation system

* Verify all of the information included in the owner’s listing.

* Develop a Bach Accreditations System which aligned with similar accreditations systems such as those used by the Automobile Association and Qualmark, the standards need to be customized for Bach accommodation.

* Design an acceptable standard to protect the uniqueness of Bach accommodation.

* Grade the standard of the accommodation according to a standard set of criteria.

Communicating with customers

* Provide advice to Bach owner regarding the benefits of accreditation.

* Provide advice to how they could improve the standard of their accommodation to better reflect the information in their listing.

* Receive, manage and resolve all complaints from customers.

Team cooperation

* Work closely with the team of web developers and programmers to keep accreditation and grading information both accurate and current.
